Something For Nothing Free Property Clearance Service is operated on the basis that items you wish to have us clear are in really good condition and have a resale value. We operate largely in Dublin and the surrounding counties, however, we can offer Countrywide services aslo. Nationwide clearances are very much dependant on the quality, and quantity, of the property clearance items versus the time it takes us to travel and complete the work.

We no longer take suites of furniture away free of charge. There is rarely any exception to this. We will gladly clear the following:

We will only take electrical goods that function and are in great condition.

We do not take carpets or flooring
BEDROOM
We do not take beds or mattresses away free of charge. There is rarely any exception to this. In the case of bedroom furniture we will only take pine & new model or bespoke.
We will gladly clear the following:

BATHROOM
There are often very little if no items of value in bathrooms for us but on occasions we have taken the following:

Obviously there are no set items for attic storage other than in a loft conversion to a bedroom etc. However if there is anything of value to us we will take it. In general we find that attic clearances would amount to Junk & Rubbish removal services.
